We are open for Daycare+ from Monday to Saturday, 7:30AM to 7PM (including drop-off and pick-up times).
On Sundays we are open for Group Classes from 9AM to 1PM, and for the Indoor Park from 1PM to 5PM.
-
Yes. We do not discriminate against any sizes or breeds, but we do occasionally separate dogs within the facility based on these factors if our Handlers deem it necessary.
Please see our Health & Safety policy to understand how your dog’s behaviour may affect attendance.
-
Children are allowed in the ‘human-only’ areas (Reception and Lounge). Children must refrain from placing their hands over the railings separating the dog areas. The child’s behaviour and safety will be the responsibility of the parent.
Children older than 10 may accompany a parent into the Indoor Park on Saturdays or during Group Classes and Personal Training, but parents will be required to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for their well-being.
-
Yes. Membership is tied to the dog, so any adult (over 18) may accompany that dog to the Indoor Park or Group Classes. There are many instances where someone other than the owner is the dog’s primary carer at home, and many owners find it beneficial for that person to attend our sessions.
We will require written consent from the owner for someone else to accompany their dog. Responsibility for any issues that arise will remain with the person accompanying the dog as well as the owner.
-
Yes. Limited parking is available for retail customers at Gulf Paradise, and there is public parking available near the NYU campus (5 min walk). More parking is under construction next to our building.
-
Not at this time, but we will in the near future!
In the meantime, we can recommend providers.

We welcome them! With our expert supervision, no physical disability should prevent a dog from socialisation. In fact, such dogs often benefit from it more, as owners have fewer opportunities to socialise them. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, which benefits dogs unable to walk up steps.
For dogs with severe mental disabilities or psychological conditions (e.g. anxiety or agoraphobia), we can discuss with the owner a suitable programme to improve their condition over time.
-
We do not offer these services yet, but we will soon. Stay tuned!

We don’t offer daycare the way most other facilities do. Our daycare programme has all the benefits of a regular daycare, looking after your dog while you do other things, but it is also enrichment-focused, designed to improve your dog’s mental and physical health.
Read more on our Daycare page.
-
The Daycare programme is available Monday to Saturday, and runs from 7:30AM to 7PM.
You can drop your dog off any time after 7:30AM, and pick them up any time before 7PM.
-
We will accept late drop-offs at any time of day, although if the dog is dropped off too late in the day we may not be able to offer our full enrichment services. Late drop-offs are still charged for a full day of Daycare – we do not offer half-day passes.
Late pick-up after 6:30PM will be charged a fee of AED 50 for the first hour, and AED 150 for each additional hour. If a dog is not picked up by 9PM and the owner has not made alternative arrangements, the dog will be given to one of our approved dog sitters and the owner will be billed AED 450 per night.

All of our Handlers are hired in part because of their experience in conflict prevention and management. But there is always a risk of minor injury at any daycare – sometimes dogs play rough. Our staff are trained in canine First Aid and we have kits on site.
We ask owners to be understanding in cases of minor injury. In the event of a conflict between dogs that results in injury that requires veterinary care, we contact both owners, give our assessment on what caused the conflict and make a determination on whether one owner or both should bear the cost of treatment.
You can read more about our canine safety policy here.
-
We prefer not to separate dogs by size, as we believe successful socialisation requires overcoming any size-related anxiety with the assistance and supervision of our expert Handlers.
From time to time, however, our Handlers may decide to separate dogs by size, based on the behaviour of the dogs present that day.
-
For the same reason school tuition costs more than a babysitter! Whereas many other daycare providers do a fine job of simply watching your dog for the day, we do that while also improving your dog’s wellbeing at the same time.
-
You’re welcome to stay in the reception area for as long as you’d like. You should, however, consider whether your presence might distract your dog and diminish the benefits of our enrichment and socialisation programme. It depends on your relationship with your dog.

Yes. In order to ensure capacity, members are required to book their 1-hour slot ahead of time.

In order to ensure that all Members can have frequent access to the Indoor Park, we limit each booking to 1 hour. Members can stay longer if capacity on the day permits. Treats are allowed for training-related purposes, but Members are asked to exercise extreme caution in feeding their dogs treats in the presence of other dogs in order to avoid conflict. -
Sometimes dogs will have a dispute and owners get defensive as a result. We kindly ask owners to allow our qualified Handlers to attempt to resolve any conflicts between dogs and advise on how to manage them.
If conflicts cannot be resolved easily in that setting, our Handlers reserve the right to ask one or more parties to leave the Park and return at a different time or under different circumstances.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour between owners in our facility. Any owner who is aggressive or violent will be required to leave immediately, and police will be notified.
-
Shock collars (collars which deploy a static or electrical shock to alter a dog’s behaviour) are prohibited in our facility.
We do allow the use of e-collars by owners for training purposes provided the owner only uses a low vibration setting. Owners who wish to use an e-collar in the Indoor Park must discuss this with the Staff first.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any violent or abusive behaviour from an owner towards a dog.
